Return and Issue Resolution Policy

At Vintage Metal Rockers, we specialize in authentic vintage chairs — each with its own character, wear, and story. As such, please note the following:


All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique and often irreplaceable nature of our items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We encourage all customers to read product descriptions carefully and review all available photographs before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a product’s condition, dimensions, or history, we’re happy to provide additional information prior to your purchase.


Damages & Product Issues

While all items are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. If your item arrives damaged in transit or with a significant undisclosed defect, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery so we can assist you.

To begin a damage or issue report, please email us at lee@vintagemetalrockers.com with the following:

  • Your full name and item purchased
  • Clear photographs of the item, including close-ups of any damage
  • Photographs of the original packaging, especially if it shows signs of damage
  • A description of the issue

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Filing a claim with the shipping carrier
  • Providing partial reimbursement
  • Offering store credit
  • In rare cases, arranging for a return at our discretion

Shipping Policy Integration

All orders are shipped via trusted freight or parcel carriers, depending on the size and nature of the item. Shipping times and costs are outlined on an individual basis.

Please note:

  • Signature confirmation may be required for high-value items.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Any damages incurred during transit must be reported within 3 days of delivery as outlined above. Failure to report within this time frame may limit our ability to assist.

  • In the event of a dispute, our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item in question.
