Description: A quite exceptional late 19th century pair of French patio/orangery chairs.

This is a beautiful pair of large wrought iron chairs, with the most intricate decorative detailing and workmanship throughout. Exquisite flowers and leaves decorate the sides and backs of the chairs, with beautiful original hand painted colors and aged patina.

Made in France at the latter end of the 19th century, these would grace any space.

The chairs are just waiting for the addition of cushions and armrests in your own taste! New seats/cushions can be added for additional charge.

This pair of wrought iron chairs are quite stunning! They are rare and extremely unique.

Both chairs are of large proportions and heavy, with blacksmithing techniques, repousse details and decorative tole ware flower work. The craftsmanship is incredible and the hours of work, countless.
